That's what is starts like....sounds like you do have it and it runs in families from what I heard - you may want to ask your people if anyone else has it. I'm adopted but would love to know this kind of stuff.
When you get older - it does get worse....mine was pretty mild till the last few years and now I dread laying down some nights. My poor girls have been kicked by me at night so many times they know where to sleep to be safe now.
