OFFICIAL SAYS SADDAM WILL BE EXECUTED TONIGHT
An adviser to Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki says deposed leader Saddam Hussein will be executed before 6 a.m. Saturday, or 10 p.m. today EST. Official witnesses gathered today in Baghdad's fortified Green Zone in final preparation for his hanging, as state television broadcast footage of his regime's atrocities.
