We used a pack and play for Tucker too!! People thought I was crazy - but it worked perfectly. His nails would get caught in the netting on the side as Jo-Jo mentioned, so we hung a sheet over the side and pinned it at the top so that it covered the netting and wouldn't fall off. Good luck - it worked for me!!!
