Don't think the tails have anything to do with it. some mama dogs are just that way. My first mama only left her baby to potty. The one that has puppies now is yapping all the time to get away from them. i take her out for awhile and then she is at the gate waanting me to put her back in. five minutes later, after she sniffs all their butts, she wants back out. it is driving me crazy. I have to get in the x-pen and make her stay long enough to let them nurse sometimes. |
