I don't know anything about xrays, but if you look "behind" the lower baby's spine, doesn't it look like a shadow of another head? and the spine would be kind of lined up with the top baby, making his spine look really long? Just my totally amateurish interpretation! I can't wait to find out, now. Thanks for sharing the xray pic. Very fascinating!
