I'd hate to see people leary of everything and never want to help out

.... but I think this thread was started because of the
way things were handled.
I know I spoke with her privately and did say jumping on people won't help anything....There is no reason to get rude with people ....especially when we're all trying to help...and to give Kristi the benefit of the doubt.... I think she felt bad about how she handled the questions...
but ....this is a good time to learn from mistakes. Maybe with the help she got yesterday, the orders pending & or refunds can be straightened out & apologies to those people can be made ???
