Case-in-point...I'm a member of another site. Money was raised for someone's dog (for medical expenses). Money was sent to one key person who would collect all of the money and give it to the receiving person in one lump sum...the guy closed his account and took off with the money. This was a person that we'd known for a while and liked! NEVER would we have thought he would do something like this.
Now, I missed out on the reason for this thread so.....
