If you google "stop your dogs from digging"...... there are a few good tips!! Cayenne Pepper is one ( sprinkle on the other side of the fence when the neighbor ain't looking!!!) Also spraying vinegar and water ( which has to be done after each rain....

... but if it works, it may be worthwhile. Good Luck! ( I also may suggest a nice big boot in the .......

... never mind... that may not be very nice.. and it really isn't the poor dogs fault.... maybe the boot will fit up...
