there going uner the fence? DO you have like a metal yard or scrap metal place that you may beable to get some of the wire fence and you can poke it into the ground. and just line that area with it.
Im sorry your neighbor is being a jerk! Do you have a radio station there that yuou can advertise your looking for whatever or selling whatever? We do here....ppl on here sells or gives away rolls of that fencing everyday..if only we lived closer......
