How about hair accessories for bows and clips. Hat's aren't exactly "hair accessories" but they might fit into the group. Or have an "accessories" group and have more broad subgroups so you don't have 20--a sub group for neckwear(collars, scarves, decorative neckwear), hair accessories (bows, clips), miscellaneous accessories (hats, doggles, leashes, harnesses), jewelry, etc. You can have something like a "what's for dinner?" group and include treats, bowls, and anything you have related to eating. A "canine comfort" group can include beds and carriers.
