Have you tried bully sticks for chews? Have you tried simply an old athletic sock with a knot tied in the middle, or perhaps a rope toy? When you offer your Yorkie toys, do you play with him with the toy or just toss the toy out there and let him do what he wants? I find Gracie is much more interested in playing with toys solo if played with them with her first. Like her squeaky stuffed toys, I throw them and she retrieves them. It might just be that your Yorkie is not a toy kid. No problem with that as long as he does not find inappropriate things in your house to destroy. At Petsmart, I found some toys called PetStages. They have something for every age dog. Gracie really likes those.
