They're all just Yorkies, of varying sizes.
I don't know that you're going to find a Yorkie that the breeder guesses to be around 3 lbs at maturity for the amount you're wanting to spend. But I wish you the best in your endevours!

There's no sure fire way to determine size at maturity. There are guidelines and charts, but I'd put them at 70% accuracy at best personally. Otherwise, you may want to consider buying a puppy from a repeat breeding after seeing those progeny. That'll give you a safer guess on what to anticipate size and structure wise.
