The reason her hair looks oily and dirty is because a build up of shampoo and conditior. Most over the counter products are way to strong.
I would suggest washing her just ONCE with Patene for humans and rinse her really well (do not use this on a regular basis).
After that get some good products that people havee suggested In the mean time put what shamoo you have in a bigger bottle and add some water to make it weaker.
