I have been using #1 all systems lately and love it. it is rinsed out very easily and much quicker than any of the other shamoos I have used.
it sounds like the conditioner has built up on her skin. you might want to rinse a little longer.
the best cheap shampoo that I have used it the mane and tail. it is a great one to use if you don't want to pay much. blow drying, I have found, only adds to the dryness of the coat. I used to blow dry all the time and now let them dry on their own.
