If she got the dog from the pound, and you know which one, you can report her to them. They'll come out and take a look. Well, many do anyway. All they'll want is her name and address if you've got that. Then they can look her up in their adoption records.

If she thinks that this would be too expensive to treat, she's got problems. Regardless, it NEEDS to be done. It's a shame that some people love their dogs too much to let them go when it's appropriate. Or that they don't love them enough to find a way to fix the situation.
Poor kid. If he doesn't have patches like this anywhere else, because it's occuring from the middle up, it's likely to be him/her just chewing it for any number of reasons. |
