Default Trained outside, can I train her using the pee pad and how ?

I have several questions. I am thinking to train my 6 month old chelsea using pee pad while we are not home. She is doing really good without mistake inside the house in the past 3 weeks. She is potty trained outside in the concrete areas. During 2 days in the week both of us are working and I am thinking to confine her in the bathroom. Currently, I come home from work and to let her out. Here are my questions.

1. Can I confine her in the bathroom and how to train her in the pee pad. I am afraid she regress and start peeing all over the house. I have been trying to pee pad trained her outside but she just sit in the pad. I've waited more than 20 minutes without any result, as soon as I let her go she finds her usual spot outside and she pees or potty. It is so frustrating or should I just wait until she really gets it and potty trained her in the pee pad later.

2. How long can housebroken adult yorkies stay inside the house without making mistakes. Can I leave her in the bathroom or small areas for more than 7 hours ?

3. Are all pee pads the same ? Which one is the best and will atract her the most to pee ? I bought four paws spray to atract her without any good result.

4. Any solutions for my situation will be appreciated. She is good in crates but hate playplen. She keeps jumping but will just sleep in the crate.

Thanks.
