oh you're too kind. believe me, hubby and i have our own financial crisis of our own we're trying to dig out of now. our goal is to be in the clear by mid next year! we actually just sold our condo and went back to renting recently n order to reduce our expenses. hopefully in a few years, we'll be ready to buy the home of our dreams!
we researched the ins and outs of real estate and loans almost as much as my research on yorkies before our first pup!
once you've signed and initialed a stack of papers as thick as the thickest volume of the encyclopedia britannica (for those who still remember the paper version of the encyclopedia!) you're not likely to forget!!!
