If you get one, I would suggest getting one specifically for puppies. I bought the one from Walmart for infants and it was no time that they was trying to climb out. So, I could not leave him in there when I left for a bit -- afraid he would get caught up in the netting. I would be surprised if either of mine spent an hour total in it. So, for me it was a waste of money. Both breeders I got Ben and Sadie from used playpens for their litters -- I think that is fine for maybe 8 weeks or so, but after that they are too active and ingenious.
