There are several here that make bows.

We have bought from Lexi's_mommy and LOVE the bows from her.
Oh, what is the other one (sorry) - Katysbows or something like that? Shoot, I am at a loss! I know it is Katy's Mom.

PetEdge and PetsMart have some really cute ones - at PetsMart in their grooming section and they are cheap. Some posted awhile back about getting lots of them (cheap) off eBay.
