If you need a little motivation booster, you could try the 7 day mini cleanse my trainer put me on. I talk to him online but he is very legitimate. He is a professional bodybuilder and the women he helps look great (he is very familiar w/ the female metabolism). I did the cleanse and not only did I feel completely better, I lost 8 lbs. I'm sure it's mostly water weight but it's exactly the motivation I needed. Let me know if u want to know more.

and another message to everyone, check out www.bodybuilding.com and go into their supersite. Don't let the name fool you. There are tons and tons of articles on how to lose weight and fat. This is where most of my knowledge of fitness and dieting comes from. There is also a transformation section where regular women (like you ladies) have lost all their weight and formed themselves into toned women. They post their diets and exercise schedules as well.
