Do you have anything that you could sell??Ebay can get you out of a bind really quick...

Most of us have been in situations in our lives very similiar to yours......and if someone tells you otherwise......well, they are living a fantasy.....but, anyway....you need to get mad.....mad and find a solution TODAY!!!

Don't wait ....pray yes, but God gives you brains, and strength, and other things..maybe humility....too.....but, get on the phone...call your lender, as for assistance of a "work out program". If if is Freddie Mac or Sally Mae......they are legally required to offer it...

I do know that if you request a repayment program from your lender, they are obligated to offer it. It will increase your payments for a while but it will stop the foreclosure...but, I will stress this.......

Document every call, write a letter, send it over night.....keep copies......document , document.......do not let this go.....you can fix it!!!!

Good luck.....what about calling the lender right now saying that you want a "repayment plan??? Call right NOW...

Believe it or not the lender does NOT want your house.....they get penalized by the gov't for taking someones home without trying to work out a "repayment plan". Get on the phone right now....if they try to blow you off, as for a supervisor.....go as high as you can......but DOCU
