It sounds like your precious little bundle of love will be JUST THE RIGHT SIZE. Like so many people here have already said Yorkies come in many sizes. One of my furkids is on the small side at 3.25 lbs and lardbutt Chizzie is a 6.75 lb. yorkie in a 7.75 lb. body -- boy that girl loves to eat!
Sometimes these little guys take huge growing spurts and then slow down. You have the right idea -- talk to your vet. |
