I heard that the size of your hand is the size/amount of food you should have. - not sure how true that is.
Did you see the bowls that are mirrored? It is actually only half a bowl, but the mirror makes it look like a full bowl..........therefore, you are eating much less, but your brain is tricked into thinking you are eating more.
I need to get back at it and get more of my FAT lost!!!!!HA!
