I don't think I would do this. It wsa important for me to see the parents. All puppies look adorable. But seeing the parents gives you at least a little better idea of what might be in store.
She may be on the up and up, but I find it hard to believe there is enough profit in puppies to warrant flights to and from Ireland. Although if there is, and she needs someone to make the trip -- I would love to see Ireland !!
