Thats what we learned also. Once we stopped chasing Chachi stopped running. Chachi used to take off like that too and then at about a year and a !/2 old he just quit doing it. Now we can take him out of our fenced yard at any time and he stays with us. Jewels has always stayed with us but it was a major accomplishment with Chachi
