Congratulations. Keep up the good work. Most of the time weight loss is just a matter of paying attention to what you are eating, and how much and making a few adjustments.
The strict, starve yourself diets might be ok for dropping a few pounds in a hurry, but they are never successful long term.
The most effective diets that I have found say to eat more frequently and smaller portions. NEVER over eat, and NEVER go hungry. Watch, the fat and sugar, but don't deprive yourself.
It's not a big mystery, just common sense.
