Yes, that was one of my first thoughts!! I can only keep the gates up so much to block access to the front door because of my two children.
And I by no means think training is a one-time thing. I've paid GOOD money for training and we've done HOURS of it with her. But, she is like a child with ADHD. She can act one way and behave at one time and if something changes in her life or anything new happens (even minor such as a new box in the house) she goes crazy and out of control. I will be back to daily leash training now. I had stopped because of going out of town for the holidays. It totally threw her off. It took us 3 weeks to get her back to normal after the kennel and we took her with us out of town on Christmas, so that's the trigger this time I think.
