I think Eddie is just showing some good sense! He don't need no stinkin' behaviourist! He saw something that was potentially dangerous and he is afraid he will see it again at the same location.
I suggest you keep taking him to the park. He will eventually get over it---unless you keep seeing moose there.
I would congratulate myself on raising a wise little dog and not worry about it.
