as some of you know i had to have my annie pts on the 6th and even though i wasnt looking for another dog it looks like ones found me.
its not a yorkie its a shih tzu, i went on a site id never been on before and a lady had just put an ad up for a new home for her shih tzu called sweetpea so i dont know why but i emailed her, for some reason i had had a dream about a dog called sweetpea so i thought well i got to find out.
we spoke for about an hour and this lady was so upset, she had moved to germany and taken the dog with her but didnt like it so wanted to come back to the uk but in france the vet didnt do the blood test properly so she had to leave sweetpea there for 6 months and while the dog was in france she had to move to a flat where dogs are not allowed so shes having to rehome her.
she said she had over 30 people wanting sweetpea but she picked me cos she just knew i would love her and she could trust me, isnt that nice?
so ive now got to wait for the vet to see her in france and then shes bringing sweetpea to me which will be after new year.
the only thing im a bit worried about is there are illnesses in france that we dont have here and im worried she might of picked something up over there which could be given to mine so does anyone know anything about dog illnesses in calalis like babesiosis, ehrlichiosis, dirofilariasis, and leisamaniasis?
also ive never had a shih tzu before so does anyone on here?
