My pitbull has two of these also and my olde English bull dogge has one under his arm. They were both checked by the vet and I was told they are just skin tags like what a human gets. Moles is what some people call them, but the vet told me moles are more brownish in color skin tags are usually skin colored or a little darker. Hope you find this is what this is. It looks exactly like what my two dogs have.
