I wouldn't. That stuff is Toxic. I would recommend removing her and mama to another location for a few days and making sure all pets were flea free before bringing them back into the house. Get the capstar from the vet and then use Frontline religiously afterwards.
This is a big problem since it's not nice to shuffle new mama's around..but fleas are NO Joke and can cause all sorts of problems healthwise. I wouldn't recommend breeding anybody until the flea issue is resolved.
