One of the main symptoms of Pancreatitis is vomiting, so if she isn't, I kind of doubt that she has that. I sure hope that she'll be okay, but you may want to get a second opinion. If she has a uterine infection it can kill her rather quickly and I'd hate to see that happen to you guys
It's good that he gave her a shot of antibiotics, but it may not be enough, and antibiotics do not "cure" pancreatitis anyway
If it were my dog, I'd be seeking out a new vet. JMHO.
