Good Morning Everyone . . . We were so very lucky to get an appointment today at the University of Minnesota and according to my regular vet . . . an orthopedic surgeon will be putting a tiny plate in her leg. I found out that it wasn't the two top leg bones that broke . . . but rather the two lower bones. I forgot the names. Tibia was one of them I think. The plate will be put in so the leg doesn't twist as it heals because both bones were broke. My vet said that Willow should make a full recovery so that is good. Now we will just pray that they tell us the same thing at the University.
