I'm not a big popcorn eater but my boys love it so I keep it on hand for them to have as a snack. Every now and then (like maybe 3 times a year), I'll eat a handful and that's it. I have given both Gabby and Gage popcorn, like others, pulling off the softer part to give to them. They love it and literally beg for more but I usually give them no more than a couple pieces each. They've had no problems with it but, they only get a couple of pieces a few times a year.
