We did take her to the vet. We eked her along until this morning, no vets want to work over the holiday. Our vet thinks she has a bit of pancreatitis. He doesn't feel it's too serious at this point because she's not vomiting. He gave her a shot of antibiotics and sent some home with us. He gave her an injection of glucose and some special dog food to mix with a kind of doggie pedialyte and said to force feed her. He said if she gets worse she will have to be hospitalized so you know I'm working hard on her.

The babies are doing great. I am trying to supplement them on puppy formula so they aren't such a drain on mama, but they sure don't like it. LOL

Was the goat's milk fresh or canned? Sylvia
