Ummmmmmm....I can't help because I am curious to know also. I have the same tear stain remover and haven't had much luck w/ it. Someone suggested using a tear free shampoo on the face about twice a week and using a small (cat) flea comb around the eyes/beard........I am sure there has got to be more solutions. Have you asked your vet?
