I don't know if mine is so much portion control because I really don't eat all that much and I don't snack. I think a lot of mine is simple lack of excersize! When I did Atkin's before I lost the weight so easily and it was fun to get on the scales, to fit into my favorite clothes again and to feel so great. I used to walk 5 miles every day with my husband but after our accident he ended up with a bleeding ulcer that about killed him, then a heart condition and now he's recuperating from knee surgery so walking is out for a while. I do plan to walk this spring though...we just bought this house and there's a walking path in front of our house along the lake and through the park so it's perfect...maybe he'll be ready by then. Can I buy WW books somewhere or do I have to join? |
