My sister in law took off her weight with low carb and then maintained it with weightwatchers. It's been 3 years and she looks fabulous. I have the same plan in mind. I took 2 weeks off low carb this month and did the weightwatchers point system. The weight stayed off and I felt like I was eating a lot, so I have high hopes with my plan. I realize I can never eat the same way that got me overweight in the first place. |
