A few years ago I lost so much weight on the low carb diet. I did the South Beach Diet. I went from 243 lbs down to 187 lbs, but gained most of it back. Unless you eat the low carb way for life, it will come back on. I'm getting ready to try the Weight Watchers point system. I started it a few months back, but with school starting, holidays approaching, I didn't do very well. I'm ready now....so I'll see how it goes.
