I think she understands how to reply -- that is how she got her question posted.
The confusion comes in that you can not get a "new thread" option without going back to the Forum Index and then entering one of the forum message boards.
I usually just hit "New Posts" from the start page and it did take me a few minutes to figure how to post a new thread. It would be an improvement to include a NEW POST option on the Thread Tools when you are reading through the posts so you don't have to go back to the index each time you think of a thread to add. JMHO.
