How much of a change? Gin is always happy. Since last Friday she has been sleeping more, not following me when I leave the room, and no where near as playful. She didn't sleep at all well last night. Kept barking. I kept getting up and letting her outside. Finally at 0430, I got up and let her out of her crate and laid down on the couch. She laid down on the floor and went straight to sleep. This morning when I went upstairs to get ready for work, she stayed downstairs, and Andy didn't. Last night she was throwing up a little too. Just basically white foam, four times, less than a tablespoon each time.

I was really ready to figure it was just her being in heat (she is 7 1/2 months old) but the nausea has me concerned. Any suggestions?

White foam can mean tonsillitis.....have you taken her temp?
