I have to agree with Jig....Even when my girls were little and I wanted to take them everywhere I didnt. I pick and choose when they go with me ....for big gatherings - it's too much stress on them AND me to take them so they stay home....but my husband's with them.
We're all so protective of them but I honestly think they're safer home than being passed around especially if young kids are around. I saw the post about the cost of a broken leg and want to add - there is PAIN along with a broken leg and none of us ever wants to see our yorkies in pain from being dropped or them jumping in unfamilar surroundings. I'd rather my girls be sad but home safe than risk them being hurt. |
