It is up to you to control what happens to him. You set the rules as to who holds him, when they do it and how they do it. If you're not comfortable with something - say it!!!! My vet told me that a broken yorkie leg runs you a couple thousand dollars, if that helps motivate you to speak up! I know he's cute and everyone wants to hold him, but sometimes it's just not good for him to be passed around like that. Your relatives probably aren't careful with him like you are and don't realize how easily he can get hurt.
