Nope, I don't think there's an issue w/ bathing the mom right away if she's had a natural birth.

The only thing you've really got to watch out for are shampoos heavily laden w/ dyes and perfumes and that you rinse her SUPER well afterwards and dry her completely before returning her to her pups. Your vet should tell you the same if you call them.
You can use baby wipes too, only issue is that they won't *clean* her fecal matter off of her properly, they also leave a residue that youdon't see, but the puppy's will ingest. Not a BIG deal, I've done it myself, just as a preference, I'd wash her instead!

(by the way, if you have access to it, I'd recommend using Tropiclean's puppy shampoo. It's a coconut based shampoo w/o the soap, dyes and perfumes)
