divapups do sell at higher prices. You list how much you the breeder are expecting and they add their price (divapups) on top.
Personally it doesn't matter to me, if I am willing to pay the price then I pay it otherwise I go look for another puppy. Everybody has the right to buy and sell at whatever price they perceive as the puppy's worth. Just my opinion.
