 Mandatory Neutering - Opinions?
I am so sick of hearing about cats, kittens, dogs and puppies being dumped beside the road to say nothing of seeing all of the poor inocents in shelters and needing rescue. And what about the poor little ones being abused because their owners don't care enough about them to feed them or treat them as living creatures with feelings. Creatures that feel pain! I know I am going to make some breeders mad with what I am about to say, but I think it is high time our government(s) get proactive with this ongoing problem. What are your opinions on mandatory neutering laws. I'm thinking that any owner with a dog or cat that is not owned specifically for breeding be required BY LAW to neuter it. In addition I wonder if there shouldn't be hefty kennel fees if one does own animals for breeding. I could go on but I fear offending someone. I just want opinions.
