Unhappy Help! Low-Protein Diet

Tucker's having problems again and I'm so frustrated I'm ready to pull my hair out!!!

I need some suggestions on what to feed him that is low-protein, things like cottage cheese? He is still able to urinate, but he strains and is starting to pass blood. He has been catheterized 2 weeks ago and put on very strong antibiotic "Baytril". he didn't finish the meds because they were making him ridiculously sick to his stomach. I know it's too much protein, I don't have ANY idea why this is happening again... but does anyone know what I can feed him over the weekend?

background info:

-he's been treated for struvite and oxalate crystals in the past
-he's eaten S/D U/D & C/D to clear his crystals, but we stopped b/c it didnt have enough protein to sustain him for a long period of time
-he's had surgery for a liver shunt
-he's eating blue buffalo dog food since his surgery

And on a lighter note, here's the boys Christmas picture:
