I have 2 yorkies and they are 6 months apart. I was told to keep them seperate at times and then together until the older one ( who I got first) was use to it. They are both puppies and you are probably seeing them play. Mine still to this day, and they are 11 get on each others nerves once in a ahile. It is normal.
