I have August and October Yorkie pups -- so almost the same as you. I got Ben first and worried he would be too rough with Sadie. But it is Sadie that gets too rough. When she does not stop with a verbal "stop" I give her a little nip with my fingers like a momma dog would and say "stop" as I do it. They still play rough and rowdy -- but in fun. Sadie is backing off much better now with a verbal warning.
