If you are talking about buying from someone - according to a news report here in Houston, a great number of the people selling dogs on the side of the road, parking lots, etc., are animals that have been brought over from puppy mills in Mexico.
They suggested to be very careful because so many of these animals are sick and many of them have died.
Ever since I saw that report, I wonder when I see people selling on the side of the road. |
